Obituary for Aida L. Nieves
During the early hours of March 10, 2023, Heaven gained another angel as Aida L. Nieves peacefully passed from this world to the next.
She spent her life lovingly raising her own children and teaching her "other children" English as a Second Language at Woodbine Elementary. She loved all of her students and they loved her.
Aida was a strong, independent, and warm person whose smile could brighten up the room and whose laughter was infectious. She joins her mother, her father, her younger sister, and her husband in Heaven. She is survived by her children Anita, Sonia, and Billy. Her love will always remain in the hearts of her friends and family. We love you mom.
A viewing will be held Friday, March 17, 2023 from 9:00-10:45 am at St. Vincent de Paul Church, 5021 Harding Highway, Mays Landing, NJ 08330, with a mass at 11:00 am. Burial immediately following at Holy Cross Cemetery, Mays Landing.
