Obituary for Ann A Kaizar

Ann (Saxton) Kaizar, a vibrant and spirited woman who filled her life with love, laughter, and unwavering strength of will, passed away peacefully at the age of 88 on November 17, 2023. Born July 2, 1935 and raised in Bristol, Pa, with her siblings, Robert, Albert, and Barbara, Ann's zest for life was evident from a young age. At the tender age of 12, she met the love of her life, Robert “Bob” Kaizar, at the local community center during a game of ping pong. A connection formed that blossomed into a lifelong partnership. They married at the age of 18, embarking on a journey of fun, love, and unwavering support that spanned 70 years.

Throughout her life, Ann was a beacon of light and inspiration. She lovingly raised four children, Bob (Pam), Beverly (Dan), Carole (Dennis), and Diane (Kevin), instilling in them her values of kindness, compassion, and the importance of hard work. As her family grew, Ann's heart expanded to embrace 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, each one cherished and adored.

Ann's passions were as diverse as her spirit. She found immense joy in tending to her garden, nurturing life from the earth, and transforming her home into a haven of warmth and comfort.

She was an active member of the local women's club, garden club, and bowling league. Her love for dancing was infectious, and she could often be found twirling across the dance floor with her beloved husband.

Ann had a fascination with rocks that extended beyond their geological significance; she saw them as treasures, each rock held a unique story.

Throughout her life, Ann never shied away from a challenge. She was not afraid of hard work. Together with her husband Bob, Ann transformed a former summer camp lodge into a custom family home in their beloved Castle Rock.

Ann's legacy lives on in the hearts of those she touched. She was a woman of substance, a petite powerhouse.

Honoring Ann’s request, the family has decided to forego a traditional funeral service in favor of a private gathering of remembrance.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to:
