Obituary for Baron Keith Bard
Baron “Barry” Bard was born Thursday, February 9,1961 in Philadelphia, PA to Walter and Lynelle Bard. He graduated in 1978 from Buena Regional High School in Buena, New Jersey, where he was a star football player.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Tynelle, and his brother, Tyrone Bard.
Baron leaves to cherish his memory, his father Walter Bard, mother, Lynelle Bard-Hairston; children, Baron K. Bard II, Jasmine Armitage, Gabriela Platt, Julian Candelario; their mother, Carmen LaFontaine; grandson, Chase Armitage; brothers, Cortland, Christian and Brendan Bard, stepmother, Valerie Bard.
A viewing will be held Saturday, January 14, 2022 from 9:30-10:30 am at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Street, Mays Landing, NJ with a service at 10:30 am. Barry will be laid to rest next to his brother, Tyrone, at Head of the River Cemetery.
