Obituary for Benjamin Werner
Benjamin F. Werner, 90, of Egg Harbor Twp, passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his loving children, on Saturday May 15th 2021. Benjamin was born in Lancaster, PA on July 5th 1930 to the late Richard Werner and Sarah (Marquart)Werner.
He moved to Philadelphia, PA and worked at Honeywell Inc. for 27 years. After retirement, he moved to EHT, NJ where he lived for 30 years.
He was predeceased by his beautiful wife Eleanor in 2015. He is survived by his children, Jerry (Elizabeth), Carol Nonnemacher (Scott), Jeff (Diana) and John (Rosemary). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Survived by his sisters Alice Grube and Shirley Parrish. Predeceased by sister Mamie Fetter.
He enjoyed hunting and fishing all his life. Benjamin was a proud member of the Lancaster Association of the deaf and Atlantic County Association of the deaf
Private services will be held with just family. Memorial donations may be made to Pennsylvania School for the deaf at 100 West School House Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19144.
