Obituary for Brenda L. Piacentino
On April 7, 2021, Brenda Piacentino passed peacefully in her sleep. She was born September 3, 1955 and was raised in Pleasantville.
Brenda will be greatly missed by her two daughters Jessica Zukauskas of Pennsylvania and Julie Craig of Mays Landing but it is her grandchildren that will miss her more than anyone else Alyssa Zukauskas, Agapito Garcia, Aryanna Craig, Autumn Daughtry, Alijah Daughtry, Amaya Payne, Ali-via Daughtry, Adonte Payne, Ari Daughtry, Adjea Payne, Amari Payne. She was also the Great Grandmother to Azule Boone.
Brenda was predeceased by her husband James Piacentino and her daughter Rachael Craig.
The family has entrusted Boakes Funeral Home with the arrangements. There will be a Memorial Service on April 24, 2021 from 12:00pm to3:00pm at Merrill’s Inn, 1309 Rt 50, Mays Landing. Please come share your stories of Brenda and share some laughs in her honor.
We all know that our mom had a larger-than-life personality. She loved to have a good time and laugh with her friends and family. Having three daughters we definitely tried her patience and pushed every single one of her buttons but no matter what we knew she would always be in our corner. Thank god she never gave up on us. She showed us what unconditional love was. And things weren’t always easy but she showed us what true inner strength was. She was the strongest woman in our lives. Her grandchildren were the fire in her life though. And while they also tested her patience and pushed every button as well, she showed them the same unconditional love. She was a rock in our lives, she was our cheerleader, she was the person we went to for advice, she gave it to us like it was good or bad. Life will never be the same without her. We will miss her tremendously every single day but we take solace knowing that she finally is at peace and is happy. We love you mom. We will make you proud and please continue to be in our corner.
