Obituary for Janice J. Destefano
Janice Destefano, age 64, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, April 28th, 2021 at Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill, NJ.
She was born June 6, 1956 in Livingston, New Jersey to Mary Destefano and the late Richard Destefano. She was employed as a Computer Technician for Leidos in Philadelphia and thoroughly enjoyed it.
To know Janice was to love her. She had a way with people and accepted everyone without judgement. She was tough as nails with a heart of gold. Her son was her pride and joy. She enjoyed family gatherings in LBI, she was an avid animal lover especially of her cat Princess, and she loved to dance.
She is survived by her husband of 11 years, Joseph Sullivan, her son Richard Krajewski (Tonya), her brother Richard Destefano, her sister Ellen Boyle (Burt), sister-in-law Karen Sullivan and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Family, friends and others whose lives Janice touched are invited to Boakes Funeral Home at 6050 Main St in Mays Landing NJ on Tuesday, May 4th, 2021 to gather in her memory from 2pm-4pm, where a service will be held at 4pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the A.S.P.C.A on Janice’s behalf.
