Graczyk, Joan Shirley, – 84, of Galloway, passed away suddenly on Thursday - January 28, 2021 surrounded by her family. She was born on December 6, 1936 in Elizabeth, NJ to the late Conrad and Thora Petzinger.
Joan attended Johnathan Dayton Regional HS in Springfield, NJ. She was employed at Allstate Insurance Company for 15 years where she met her beloved husband Raymond Graczyk. She moved with her husband to Egg Harbor Twp. in 1975 and was employed by Egg Harbor Twp. School District for 25 years until her retirement in 2006.
Joan was predeceased by her parents Conrad and Thora, her brothers Conrad, Thomas, Charles, Louis, Bob and Frank and sister Doris. Joan leaves behind her brother Ronald, husband Raymond, son Timothy (Lisa), and grandsons Timmy and Jesse.
She was a loving, caring and generous wife, mother and grandmother and will be deeply missed.
Pass through viewing for friends will be held Thursday, February 4th from 9:30-11:00 am at Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Street, Mays Landing, NJ. Private service and burial to follow for immediate family.
