Kalwite, John James, 45, of Somers Point, New Jersey, suddenly passed away on February 9, 2023. John was born in Vineland, New Jersey on February 15, 1977 to Grace Weaver Demore and Authur Kalwite. John was full of life and loved his family with all his heart. John was Class of 95’ at Northeast High School. He was the most devoted man you could ever meet. He was extremely big on family, leaving behind his amazing wife Michele Kalwite and children Dillinger, Mary, Makayla, Grace and can’t forget his bonus son and granddaughter Kyle and Autumn. John is survived by Grace Demore, Michele Kalwite, Catherine Grove, Grace Kalwite, Mary Westcott, Makayla Westcott, Dillinger Boyer, Frank Kalwite, Bill Kalwite, and many more loving family members. He was predeceased by Charlie Demore and Michael Grove. He worked for the Traa Corporation at McDonald’s for 28 years, making many friends and memories. He loved the Eagles no matter how bad the season was. His love for the Yankees and baseball in general would amaze many. He was the best. He could tell you anything you would want to know about WWE with him having watched every episode and having recorded it for playbacks. John was a funny man, always making jokes and being sarcastic. He will be missed by many who knew and loved him. He was taken away too soon.

A service will be held Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 7 pm at the Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Street, Mays Landing, NJ, with visitation from 5-7 pm.
