Obituary for Kerry C. Forrest
Kerry Catherine Elizabeth Forrest, age 34, suddenly passed away on March 23, 2023 in an automobile accident. She was born June 29, 1988 in Vineland, NJ.
Kerry enjoyed reading, played softball in her school years and was a lover of all animals. She was a vet tech for a few years and also volunteered with animals over the years. Her greatest joy and accomplishment in life was her daughter, McKenzie, with whom she shared with her longtime companion, Nicholas Grieco. They also shared a dog, Fozzie.
Kerry’s quick, humorous, witty self and comebacks will be missed as much as her loving, kind, compassionate spirit with an amazing, warm smile. Her smile and laugh always brought a smile to all who knew her.
Kerry is survived by her daughter, McKenzie Sienna Grieco; her companion, Nicholas Grieco; her mother, Dawn Forrest; her father, Howard Forrest; and her sister, Kristine Forrest, all of Vineland; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Barbara Crawford of Mizpah; paternal grandmother, Margaret Forrest of Vineland; aunts, Kelly (Shawn) Roscoe of Vineland; Michelle (Darryl) Holsonback of Vineland; Bernadette (Bill) Groen of Mays Landing; Mary (Ed) Ludy of Milmay; Maxine Deaver of Vineland; 1st cousins, Anthony Capaccio, Joey Capaccio, Mike Capaccio, Declan Roscoe, Jonathon Holsonback, Justin Holsonback; and many other cousins and extended family.
A visitation will be held April 1, 2023 from 10am – 12pm with a service following at Boakes Funeral Home, 6050 Main Street, Mays Landing. Burial will be immediately following at Holy Cross Cemetery, 5061 Harding Hwy, Mays Landing.
