Long, (Verna) Marion, of Egg Harbor Township, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family and friends.

Predeceased by her loving parents Nelson and Helen.

Marion was a simple woman who loved her family, especially her grandsons: Gunnar, Bryson, Lucas, and Beau. Growing up, she did many things, number one being everyone's "Can of Whoop Ass". No one messed with anyone she took under her wing.

She is survived by her loving husband Scott Long of 29years. She will lovingly be remembered by her daughters Tina (Joey), Heather (Kevin), and Amanda. Her many siblings: William, Diane (Fred), Nelson, Ann (Scott) and Thomas. Her nieces and nephews, Amy (Jay), Jason, Christopher, Alyssa and Scottie. Her great nieces/nephews Emily, Jake, Giavonna and Chrystian.

Her memory will forever be cherished and remembered by everyone she held near and dear to her heart. Her final wishes will be fulfilled by swimming with the dolphins.

A Benefit & Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, April 15th at VFW Post 8098, 3029 Spruce Ave., Egg Harbor Twp., NJ 08234 from 2pm to 6pm.
