Bette was a rare treasure. A woman who put her whole self into everything she did whether it was teaching kindergarten, being an activist for educators, adding to her many collections or just being a great friend. Bette and her great smile will be greatly missed by all those whose lives she touched. Rest in Peace, my friend.
